In my own healing journey, I had done a lot of what I call 'neck-up' figuring out -- with my conscious mind -- and while in many ways I moved through the world as an empowered person, I found that my health, sleep, mental wellbeing, relationships, finances and fulfillment were all still suffering and I didn't know why.
When I discovered hypnotherapy, it allowed me to finally break through the subconscious blocks that were keeping me stuck, and I found healing and fulfillment on a whole new level in both my personal and professional life. I went from having panic attacks to being virtually free from anxiety through hypnotherapy. That's when I decided to combine my decade of coaching experience with a certification in hypnotherapy, so I could help bring integrated and embodied healing into the world through this practice.
And that is how REVEL hypno was born.
As an IACT Board certified hypnotherapist and coach based in Los Angeles, with virtual sessions available across the globe, I’m passionate about empowering clients to access greater presence, purpose, and power in your life. Integrating hypnotherapy practice with ten years of coaching experience, I help clients find embodied healing for more fulfilling, joyful, healthy lives. Accessing the full agency to do this begins in the subconscious mind, and extends out into your habits, actions, relationships and throughout your life. My practice draws on the neuroscience of thought and habit formation, high performance theory, and mindfulness tools for top results through topic-based groups and private hypnocoaching sessions.
